They treat you like you are family! Friendly, HONEST people that love what they do. When my Jeep had to be towed over there, Shawn gave me his own car to drive so I could be at my son's school for a function. That just does not happen these days. They explain everything, take you out to the shop to show you what they are talking about and make sure you really understand. Shawn, Brian, Jerry and all the gang are wonderful and treat you like you are old friends. Getting your car repaired is never fun, but it is a real pleasure to go there. And ladies, it is very clean with a very comfortable waiting area. Good coffee too! :)
