I can not say enough nice things about Automotive Magic. I had so many bad experiences going to dealerships for service, but then a friend of mine recommended Automotive Magic, and it was a world of difference! I was blown away after my first visit when they sent a handwritten Thank You note thanking me for my business. Every time I have come in for service, the staff has always been so friendly, and knowledgable, and quick! They always go out of their way to make sure their customers are comfortable and happy. I am so grateful to have found Automotive Magic, and highly recommend them!!!

I can't say enough good things about Automotive Magic. From the first time I visited they gave me a superior level of customer service and proved that they are completely honest and reliable. I never thought I would be able to say that I trust my mechanic, I have been cheated so many times, but I trust them completely. You can't find better price, customer service, or friendly staff anywhere. I also have a very busy schedule and they are great about being flexible on time with my appointments. Seriously the best decision I have ever made in terms of my car.

Working with Automotive Magic has been absolutely wonderful! I was pretty nervous when my check engine light came on and I couldn't even figure out what was wrong with the car. I didn't want to go to just any mechanic and get taken advantage of because I'm a female so I checked the reviews. Automotive Magic had some pretty good reviews so I wanted to check them out. I can't quite tell you how relaxed they made me feel! They worked with my warranty company to get most of the work covered! They even have a workshop coming up to help you learn about your car (for those like me that know nothing when it comes to cars!). The staff are so nice and friendly! I'm never taking my car anywhere else!

Went there for a front wheel alignment not too long ago for my Nissan Sentra. Nothing major. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a handshake which instantly made a great impression. Waiting area is comfortable. The price for the alignment was comparable to local shops and included a free multi-point inspection. Alignment came out perfect and that's all I needed done. Brian appreciated me bringing my car there for service and gave me two referral cards (gives a friend a discount, gives you a reward for referring), as well as a handwritten thank-you card in the mail a couple weeks later. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to car shops. Highly recommended, honest and welcoming people.

If you live in the area, and you're using another mechanic, you're doing it wrong. This shop is knowledgeable, quick, and most of all, fair.

Brought in my 99 Chevy lumina for repairs. It was riding rough and needed exhaust repair. Automotive magic went above and beyond, fixed the problems, even cleaned out the car and now it rides like a dream. I can't thank that team enough for doing such a great job.
