Your service has been excellent! Was in a few weeks ago with squeaky brakes on a car that only has a few months left on a lease. You did not recommend a complete brake job but took rust off the brakes and corrected the problem without an unnecessary expense. Thank you! I received your letter requesting feedbacks and I have to tell you, I like what I see and the professionalism with which you work. Some shops, as they get larger, lose the personal touch that made them great to start with. I know you are conscious of that and I think it's important for you to keep focused on that. It makes the clients feel like you are taking a personal interest in them and their vehicles. As you know most people's vehicles are an extension of them, because they learn to rely on them for protection and transportation. There's nothing worse than walking through a parking lot on a cold windy snowy day and having your car not start. If they find a reputable service station that diagnosis and repairs their vehicle the first time, they are grateful, because every trip to the service station is an inconvenience and you do a great job in helping alleviate that. "I think you're headed down the right road. Keep focused on that, and I know you are also focused on hiring and retaining top notch technicians and that's important for the "get it right the first time" attitude that you have. I also like the personal touch of washing your vehicle before you give it back. That's a very nice touch. Thanks.

I have been using my car new dealership service department exclusively for over 20 years. I was under the impression that an automotive service shop that offered a reasonable price, installed great products, and employed good mechanics was impossible to find. I have to admit that I was wrong. Automotive Magic, in Kenvil, NJ, has to be the find of the decade for me. My dealership informed me that my Honda Pilot needed brakes on all four wheels. The price they quoted me was outrageous. I shopped around the internet and stumbled on Automotive Magic. I called them the next day. Nick, the service advisor, answered all my questions. He even offered to pick my vehicle up at the park-n-ride, work on the vehicle, and return it back to the park-n-ride. How convenient is that? He assured me that no work would be performed without my approval. I took him up on the offer. Well let me tell you that they exceeded my expectations for service. Here's how they did it. They called me and advised me that the car only needed front brakes. The rear brakes were only half way used. The price quoted was for new brake pads and rotors. The dealer was going to resurface the rotors. The car was finished on time, returned to the park-n-ride, and they even washed the car. I had mentioned that the handicap placard that inadvertently slipped into a void between the dashboard and windshield. They retrieved it for me… no charge. I received a follow up call the next day from Nick. I have to tell you that that wasn't expected. About a month later, I received a call from Shawn, the owner, asking me if everything was OK with the work. Now, that is "going the extra mile". That wasn't expected. I can't see the service manager of the dealership calling me to make sure everything was OK. They sure now how to get a customer for life. I can't imagine ever going back to the dealership.

It is always a pleasure to come to your garage. Nick is a very respectful and fun person that you have in the front, he keeps you up dated on all work being done and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. You complete the work as quickly as possible and unlike some place I have been you come right out with what needs to be fixed and only what needs to be fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about you all the time and I recommend anyone who is looking for a good mechanic to come to your shop. I know I have told you this before but you guys don't try and pull the wool over my eyes just because I'm a women like other places have. You only will repair what needs to be repaired and will not let you spend money on a lost cause like the 86 Toyota Tercel that you wouldn't let me sink another 1000.00 dollars into. If it wasn't for you and the guys I don't know where I would be going. I do know I wouldn't be as happy as I am and I more than likely would not keep going to the same place if I wasn't coming to see you. Keep up the great work!!!!!
